1992
DENCIL was born in a 180 Square Feet commercial shop rented by our Founder and Chairman - Mr. Balasubramanian Pillai, and started business with an initial capital of Rupees 1 Lakh ( USD 1500 ) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

1998
The initial years were involved in development & standardization of dosing pumps. Acquires ISO 9001.

2004
Started manufacturing “Dosing & Injection System”, First Purchase Order for Dosing Skids (180 Nos) from Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd ( HPCL ).

2008
Moves to a bigger space of 5000 Sq Feet in an industrial society in Mumbai. Re-Developed & Improved product performance & efficiency using Solid Works & Siemens NX Software.

2014
Developed High Pressure Triplex Pump for Coal Thar application., First order received from Steel Authority Of India (SAIL).

2018
New Automated Lathe & HMC Machines were installed. New Product Hexaplex (Six Plunger Pump) was designed, developed, manufactured and supplied for a pharmaceutical company.

2022
Shifted production facility to Coimbatore, TN. DENCIL’s new manufacturing facility is built in a 2.47 Acre (1 Hector) Industrial Plot to improve the delivery and diversify into different product lines and industries. Acquires ISO 9001:2015 from TUV.

2024
Implemented In-House developed ERP System to improve business processes & performance. New product designed, devoloped & manufactured “Shipping Container Mounted DRA Injection Skid”., First order for DRA skid from Bharat Oman Refineries.

2025
A new begining of Dencil Arabia - KSA
In March 2025, we reached a significant milestone & officially opened our new Office & factory in SAUDI ARABIA. A big thank you to our dedicated team and partners to help DENCIL have a facility in foreign land. -
